Message	CJ - thanks for the excellent write ups. I would still like to know why the two conversion factories. Having been a Systems Programmer for 30+ years, I am sure it has nothing to do with hex-to-dec interpretation. I am always looking to expand my knowledge and knowing this answer is the part of that quest. So if anyone has some insight, or good guesses, please post them here. However, I do not plan on doing any alterations to my ECU code, I live 25 miles from the SZ shop and I will leave map changes to Seb.
